J. R. Smith has been on the cusp of becoming a household name in Hollywood for the past few years, but that didn’t stop him from launching his own show, The J. Crew Experience.
The show follows the lives of some of the most influential artists of the past half century and features the likes of Justin Timberlake, Chris Brown, Jay-Z, Lady Gaga, and Rihanna.
Now, the musician and his label are finally ready to unveil a new show that will launch in October.
The new show, entitled Falling Down, is set to debut in theaters and on streaming platforms on October 17, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
“The show will be the biggest one we’ve ever done,” Smith told the outlet.
“We have a lot of great guests, some of them we’ve never done before.”
The series will be hosted by J. Cole and Will Smith, who will both appear on a new music video for the song “Darling Nikki.”
The duo will also make guest appearances on other music videos.
The music video will debut during the show, and the full music video is expected to debut sometime in November.
Smith also shared that he is “working with a few of the best people in the music industry to put it out there.”
The show is set for release on October 9, 2019, and will be produced by New Line Cinema.
